Yamah 2001 8hp four stroke

I would like to hook up the charging system to my battery. Not sure which wires go to the battery. Rectifier has 4 wires red black green and green with white stripe stripe. Which 2 do I use to go to the battery. I would also like to hook up a tachometer to this engine. Can anyone tell me which 2 wires from the rectifier I use to hook it up. Also this engine has an oil lite. I see it flicker red when I start the motor but it's not on while the engine is running. Sorry for the questions but this is my 1st yamaha outboard.
