yamaha 115 skips between 1500 and 2000

this just started idles ok and all power ranges except those mention stats to skip on 1 cylinder. Tune about a season and a halfGood power otherwise no bogging . i thought it might be a/f might be leanning out. I plan to pull the plugs and look at them . I know we use the ethanol 10% fuel here i was going to do a fuel sample and bring it to my shop and test it ty for any ad vise

if your sure its dropping a cylinder than a 10 min run with a peak reading voltmeter can isolate which cylinder is dropping.
no test equipment its all a guessing game.
