Two stroke Yamahas below 8 HP have not been available since around 2003. Yamaha US continued to sell the 8 HP and 9.9 HP two stroke up until sometime between 2009 - 2011 at which time all small two strokes were no longer imported into the US.
I would imagine they are all gone by now but some dealer, some where, may have one in his shop. Get on the phone and start calling Yamaha dealers to see if what you want is available.
Or, try craigslist if a used one is acceptable to you.
