Anyone ever have low water pressure even after replacing the impeller? I have a 2000 Yamaha VMAX 225VXTLRY. I replaced the two thermostats and impeller kit. Runs fine until long periods at idle then high heat alarm goes off. No pressure on gauge at idle and around 10PSI at WOT. Water is flowing because it is peeing. Any ideas? Rodbolt, if you are out there let me know your thoughts.

Rod has not posted here in quite awhile, but you need to check your PRV .

Thanks, can you tell me where to locate the PRV. From what I can tell in the service manual it looks like it is under the cpu unit.
