hello my 2hp yamaha/mariner model 2b will not start in water its had new headgasket new exhaust gaskets carb cleaned its got a good spark but will still not go in water ? i took out of water and puled to see if it was all free and it started i turned of quickly and put in water but it will not go in water not even attemt to ? took back out pulled and it started ? model number isYamaha 2B
