Yamaha 40hp 4 stroke, wont start but has spark?

ran last time i used it. now it wont start, pulled teh plugs they look great and i have spark on all 3 cylinders, but no fart pop nothing?? its a F40BTLR
has fresh gas
fuses good
choke isnt working but i tried ether, still nothing just cranks

Does the fuel comes to carburetors?

F40 has very small jets and passages, probably plugged up.

But starting fluid should have made it do something unless it was flooded
might check compression to make sure the valves are moving

need compression, spark at the correct time, and proper fuel to air ratio for the cylinders to fire

i gave it some ether to the carbs, it should at least pop or something,, there is nothing but dead cranking. being a 4 stroke does this have a cam or crank sensor? something to kill timing ?
