Yamaha 60 4 St. stalling

I have a 2005 Yamaha 60 HP 4 stroke that usually runs fine at idle and all speeds, then every once in a while stalls while in idle. Sounds like it is out of fuel. It can be restarted by pumping the bulb and runs for a few seconds and stalls again. After three or four restarts it will return to normal. In the last year I have replaced the hoses, fittings, primer bulb and this week the water separating filter (which was clean). Tank is about two years old.

This condition does not occur every time I use the boat. When it stalls the bulb is not flat but appears to contain some gas.

After a few days the motor will start and run fine. Does this sound like an air leak or any other suggestions?
