Trying to get this motor ready for running. I think its an 1987 not sure. Has not been used for 8+ years. Its super clean inside and out.

- I need to replace the fuel line (primer bulb, etc) as they do not look too good. Maybe even the portable metal fuel tank.

- Replaced the spark plugs.
- Went to look for a T-stat but can not find where it would be. Is there one?
- Since it has been sitting so long, I suspect I should have the impeller changed but have not tried starting it yet.

Anything else I should look into?

Best to change the thermostat, impeller, lower unit oil, drain and flush carb, buy new plastic portable fuel tank, check/clean fuel filter. Good Luck!
