Yamaha 703 controller fuse

Need to know how to get to the fuses in a 2013 Yamaha 703 controller. While removing an on-board trolling motor battery charger I may have blown the fuses. Outboard does not turn over, the dash gauges don't work and the trim in throttle and on the outboard don't work either. All accessories work.

Have taken these apart before but remember it was a *****. Is there an easy way to check and replace these fises?

The fuse is under the motor cowling, port side.
