I have been working on some issues with my boat. I have a 2007 Hurricane with a Yamaha F200TXR outboard motor. The throttle/shifter control unit is a Yamaha 704 6X3 flush mount.
I am just about finished with my changes, but my throttle seems to be very stiff. I had to remove the kill switch wihich just below the throttle/shifter. I took the throttle handle off and the checked it while making these changes. Now the neutral switch is not engaging when the throttle is in the neutral position. Are there any manuals or directions for adjusting the throttle cables? The switch in the back with the motor and I can see it is not closing the switch. Any thought where I can find video or manual for the control assembly? It is mostly all manual adjustments, I just am not sure how to make those adjustments.
