just tore down a 9.9 i bought to fix a upper housing crack. now its all back together and fired it for the first time. I know it sat for a year b4 my buying it.
1- why would the lower unit fill up with water? I have seen engines not pump but never a LU fill up
2- the lower unit has a plug by the oil fill that says WASH..
oh and its a T9.9EXHP
