yamaha 90 hp 4 stroke ran with no thrust washer

Need some help on what I might need to replace by not having a fwd thrust washer on. Partner forgot to put it on and ran about 3 hours. 2006 4 stroke Yamaha 90 hp. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like the prop ground into the case where the gland nut holds the bearing housing, seals, and bearing. It was leaking oil slightly. THis is what I can tell from pictures that were sent to me on cell phone. So not totally sure, the guy there is not too mechanically inclined if ya know what I mean!

if the case threads have enough left to hold a claw nut then you will need a new nut,washer and bearing carrier you will have to reshim the reverse gear.
if not you need a case assy.
owners manual has a clear pic of prop installation.

There was no grinding noise while this was occuring? Maybe lucky it was an aluminum prop, since it took some of the wear. A stainless prop might have eaten the case up completely! Good Luck!
