Hello all,
Well, its a 2004 2-stroke 90TLRC w/oil injection. Currently rigging, it came with 10 pin wire harness, 704 binnacle, Analog tack(no oil/temp info),keyswitch & killswitch.
All wires connected clearly. but when i turn the key, the buzzer sounds. I disconected the 3 wire plug (green, green stripe & pink) coming from the oil tank and the buzzer stops.
(i then shorted the temp sensor and the buzzer sounds) The tank is full, and sensor appears to be functioning. i did a continuity test on the 2 green wires...no connection so thats good. any ideas?
Am i correct in thinking that if the low oil sensor is unplugged, the buzzer should sound. mine seems oppsite of that. the black ground wire is attached to block. is there a test on the harness or something?
Thanks for any help
