So i have the carbs rebuilt on this engine and it seemed to be running way to rich. Checked the emergency enrichment switch on the center carb and it was in normal position....turned it to closed and the engine cleaned up and ran great...turned it back to normal and it again went rich even though the engine was warmed up. Took off the enrichment solenoid and notice that the needle is all the way extended....is there a way to properly test this solenoid to see if it is defective?
