Yamaha C30 Help.

I hope that someone can lend a hand here. I have a Yamaha C30 on the back of an older Carolina Skiff 16. The motor runs but will not pee out of the hole. last year it overheated and I have replaced the impellar but tha doesnt clear up the problem. Also I cannot find any info on this motor so I am listing the following info in hopes that someone can assist me find the original manuals.

Code: 689L
Serial:245288.

I was able to find info on c30ELRQ (1992) but nothing on the number you gave. Perhaps re-check no.
