Yamaha engine gauges & their wire colors

I'm trying to figure out what wires do what with my motor. It's a 1987 Yamaha 200. I have the original harnesses and plugs. The tach, tilt/trim and engine temp I have connected to their respective harnesses. Here is where I get lost. On the tach I have the four wires. Yellow, Yellow/Red and I believe Green, Green/Red. Then there are the blue and black that go to the light bulb for the gauge. Now next to that is a green and a black. What is that for? Some of the gauges also have a yellow wire coming out and is sometimes pigtailed into a fuse link. The only remaining harness I have is a series of black, green, blue, and yellow wires. Some have four post quick disconnects crimped on. I know this harness needs to be connected to these remaining wires I just don't know how.

Also on the remote control I have four small wires coming out with the throttle/shift cables and the main harness for the engine. They have quick disconnects. Next to that is three more wires that were all plugged into a protective cap. They seem to be some sort of accessory wires that were never used but came standard with the controls. I'm guessing the other end of my last harness connects there but the wire colors don't match.

Thanks for any help that comes my way. :D

Thanks. I'm guessing the yellow wire grabs 12V from the key switch and routes it to the gauges? Now I just need to find the wire that connects the gauge lights to the nav switch.
