Yamaha engine warning on LMF-400

Hi folks,
I just got my 2006 F60 connected to Lowrance LMF-400 and I'm getting these engine warnings :
Sub or Secondary Throttle,
Neutral Start Protect,
Engine Shutting Down

Can anyone explain what it means ?
The outboard work perfect in my opinion

I get the same messages. No worry. The lowrance guages are not 100% with yamaha's version of nmea 2000, I believe.
