My Yamaha 2016 F70LA won't idle. Engine was submerged in fresh water. Flushed oil and changed it looks good, cleaned plugs, greased valves, flushed fuel tank and using 92octane. Had a bad fuel injector replaced it. Boat will start but will not idle below 2k. Even at 2k it will sometimes stall out. Cleaned IAC valve looks good to my eye. Should I replace it? Or any other suggestions? Also noticed it's running really rich. Going to change plugs next. It will idle when cold for about 30 seconds then dies.
