Yamaha Speedo

I have a boat with a Yamaha 115 outboard on it, about 2 years old. The problem is the speedometer doesn't work. I have cleared out the hole on the motor for it, but it still doesn't work at all. Any suggestions or things to look at? Thanks for any help.

Pinched, kinked or disconnected tube. If the tube is disconnected at the engine you won't know it while running. If its disconnected at the speedo head you'd be getting wet feet. If the tube is not disconnected, pull if off the motor and blow into it (hard). If it still doesn't register, the tube is seriously plugged or the head is bad.
