Yamaha Square Gauges Problem: Stuck in Maintenance Mode

I have 2005 Yamaha F250 with above 2 square gauges Fuel and RPM. This year while dewinterizing and ran engine. Gauge with the 3 bars for oil, temp etc goes to the Maintenance Screen. It has been doing this b/c I had not reset hrs, but usually I can push Mode button and the 3 bars screen pops on and reads normally. This year when I push Mode button, nothing happens and gauge stays on Maintenance screen with hrs. The other gauge also does not change when pushing Mode button. All connections to gauge and bus bar are good. When I disconnect plug on engine to wiring going to gauges, the gauge shows the 3 bars as normal (of course, with plug disconnected, there is no readings on screen on those bars).
Is there a way to test the various sensors with OHM meter at the plug on the gauge to see if they are sending proper signals from engine? Or is there just something I can do by pushing mode/set buttons to get it out of Maintenance Mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find out how to fix this? I am going through the exact same thing. Thanks.
