If you mean just bolt one or the other to your transom shield, No. You would have to change almost everything from the flywheel aft.

It might be more like a
Total Refit, Pulleys to Prop....
Some of the Dressin's on some of those Yamaha Chevys can't be bought, fixed, nor serviced,....
So I hear....
Good news is, the hull is cut with the newer universal Mercruiser key-hole, 'n bolt pattern...
Oh, ya,... OMC went belly-up,
Well over a Decade ago,.... Don't even think of that for a refit...
