I bought a used T8 and it came with a Yamaha 703 remote that came with no cables. I replaced the cables with new telflex cables. When I connected the cable to the throttle arm it works in reverse. When the throttle control is brought to the up position it reduces RPMs instead of increasing RPMs. Do I have something turned around?
