I have a 2001 115 hp yamaha with a concealed control box. The trim toggle switch on the control handle will only trim down, not up. The other trim controls (on motor and at front of boat) still work in both directions. Could this be a toggle switch issue and if so how do you get the control handle apart to change it out w/o tearing it up?
