Yamaha v4 prop shaft carrier nut torque

Replacing prop seals and bearing carrier o ring. Got the carrier out but wanted advice on using antiseize on the big carrier retaining nut threads. Good or bad idea? Also need the torque spec for that big retaining ring nut. Thanks
