Yamaha VF250 erractic oil pressure

Hi,
I have a 2014 FX20 with a Yamaha VF250. Looking at my in dash digital oil pressure gauge ive noticed immediately upon start up and any time idling I have oil pressure. However at times when I accelerate quickly I notice the gauge toggle between 0 and 90 psi for a short time before stablizing and consistently reading oil pressure. I never get any alarms
Am I loosing oil pressure or is there air in the lines, faulty gauge etc?
Anyone else experienced this with a Yamaha / Skeeter digital oil pressure gauges?

Sounds like a broken/loose wire.

Start at oil pressure sensor looking for a broken wire and or loose connections.

Check connections on gauge(s) as well

After you asked I am thinking electrical.... but not certain. Going to check That would eliminate air in the line option
