year help on my 115 rude

all the markings have ben removed for some reason,all i see is a plug like thing on top of the block it says."e110tlcdc"

That is how it appears on the "plug". And can anyone provide any other info on the motor from those numbers? than you soo much

It's a 1986 110hp, it might have the wrong cover on it though
