Evinrude 4 HP weedless tank on top no id plate the only number i could find
is C7031322 on the welch plug !!!

In North America, the 4 horse Evinrude used the integral tank starting in 1979 models. The weedless lower unit was last offered in 1982 (1981 in Canada).
If you are in Europe, the 4 came with the integral tank starting with the 1972 models.
