year of sylvan boat

looking for the year of my boat and cant find any info. it is a sylvan mod 18RO A that is what is on the metal tag, it is an 18 foot alum. outboard side council fishing boat. any help would be coool.

Any numbers stamped into the outside of the transom?
Upper right hand corner.

ok i found this in the corner.....syl0081m84b, would this be an 84? and do you know what it is called , like i see you have a pro fisherman.

Its either an 81 or an 84. I forget which number indicates the year.

BTW, you are missing a digit. The HIN (hull identification number) should be 12 digits.

thanks guys, I do believe it is called a ROD master, not road master and i did go to sylvan and didnt get any info there before i tried this site. I am pretty sure it is an 84 i had to check cuz they told me the 90 hp merc was an 87 and when i did some checking it was an 84, so was just triing to verify.
