Year this Eska is?

Just bought an Eska Golden Jet 500 motor off a neighbor up at the cottage and would like to know what year it is? Would also like to know if anyone can recommend anyone in Muskoka I can take it to to be worked on this spring.

Thanks, checked out the link you provided and it looks like its 65 but to be sure, I had a look and the Model No is 1142 / Serial No 18944 .
