An old retired couple we're taking a scenic car tour thru the western states, driving up a mountain lane they came upon a cowboy holding his horses reins in one hand and slapping and kicking his horse in the side with his pointy old boot. The old lady tells her husband to pull over cause she was going to give the cowboy a piece of her mind for treating the horse so mean. She hollers at the cowboy "mister, would you treat your wife that way?" cowboy says "spect so lady , if she started fartin & bitin every time I tried to mount her.
