Not to say that someone, somewhere has not done something this stupid, but I'm gonna throw the brown BS flag on this one...looks faked/edited to me, IMHO.
any smart person experimenting with fireworks knows that your suppose to put your face fully over the homemade apparatus in order to get an even singe on the eyebrows.

A New York man was killed by a Fourth of July fireworks shell that nearly decapitated him when he peered into the mouth of a launch tube to try to figure out why the device didn't go off.
Ok....it is obviously fake.....I was just posting it because you can't watch it without laughing. I found it funny, because you know there are people out there that would do this!

Kids I knew back in highschool used to take the heads off of match sticks (hundreds of them) and tightly wrap them in layers of tin foil to create a ball the size of an orange. Throw the ball against a wall or anything hard and the thing exploded like a small bomb.
