Today I saw a 28 ft cruiser (aprox 1985), being towed by a minivan. This was on a 6 lane highway. He was going about 100kmph or 60 mph. A poice cruiser passed him while he was getting on the highway and didn't blink an eye! I got out of the way and watched my rearview for carnage. Didn't see any. I was looking to pick up a new anchor....probably all that would be left.
