You recognize all the employees' voices on the phone. Sheesh.<br /><br />While we're on the subject, anybody got a good idea for a "thank you" token for mechanics that have gone way out of their way to be helpful, flexible and save me cash? I don't know if they boat themselves, or drink, so those easy ones are out.

My brother, a boat mechanic, says he always appreciates part of the money that he saves the customer. Can you say $20?

Buy their lunch. Have a pizza, Steakout, etc... delivered to them at work one day.

Send them lunch or buy them breakfast. Nothing says thank you better then fresh hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich first thing in the morning.
