you move from a 15 pitch aluminum to a 21 pitch double cup SS and now can run WOT and the motor sounds like it is pulling a load.

Oh and a big difference in the max MPH now :D

Make sure your motor is reaching the recommended WOT RPM otherwise you will damage it.

It is very inportant to have a tach to be sure it runs within rpm range.
A tinytach is about $47 and easy to install.If you tell us your boat and motor
we may be able to tell if your on the right track.Over reving can ruin your motor
and lugging, too low an rpm,Can cause premature repair problems.
