For the last few years when I get doing some repetitive or prolong hard work I get to breathing heavy. The difference is I have to stop, lay on the ground and try and catch my breath, and sometimes pain in the chest. As time went along it took less time for me to be in the same position. About a month ago it really got my attention because I hadn't done all that much and I didn't feel very well. There was no chest pain

Finally tell the wife, she want's to holler at me for not saying something sooner. I just thought this was getting old and out of shape . We get a Doc Appt and wind up in the hospital to do a Cardiac Cath with to have a look.

What they find is all the blood vessels are clear but my heat is sort of squishing on of them as it beats. When heart beats faster the squishing gets worst. Said I had this from birth

Its called Myocardial Bridge and most never know they have it, but some do. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones NOT. So their trying some drugs first

A myocardial bridge is a usually harmless condition in which one or more of the coronary arteries goes through the heart muscle instead of lying on its surface. Most bridges don't seem to cause symptoms. However, some people with myocardial bridges can experience angina, or chest pain.

Interesting discovery . . . so you weren't out of shape afterall  I hope the doctors get things sorted out for you.
