Yukon Delta Buy

I just bought this Yukon Delta yesterday July 10, 17 at Lancaster, CA some 7 hrs ways from my house.

After paying the seller, I had new tires put on; bearing repacked and brakes checked then my wife and I headed back home. Average towing speed in my 1/2ton Silverado was 55mph and a few times when passing 18-wheelers I kicked it up to 65-70mph and the trailer tracked well.

I?ll survey the boat today and will report back with more details.

Seon..., How is your YD project moving along?
Am starting process of looking for YD currently here in IA.,IND., or OH. close to Elkhart where they were manufactured.
Am thinking of looking for a standard smallish one with an Outboard.

As I hope to use it on the Suwanee river and around coastal and estuary Cedar Key Florida am concerned about heighth when around coastal,islands (freeboard?) and overall weight of boat and engine (gas consumption and back of boat being lower) and costly and complicated repairs to an inboard/Outboard.
May not be able to trailer it around a lot as we will only have a small 4 cylinder pick up in this flat Cedar Key Area.
Did you purchase one with an onboard/Outboard motor. ....?
Are you having luck with everything and the wood situation below the deck?
