I've been restoring a 1971 Silverline Samoa 19V over the last year or so. Almost complete with the project. It has the 280 drive and AQ170 motor (Chrysler inline 6 with trip carbs). It did have the 270 drive but was replaced with the 280 by the previous owner. Electric trim (vs the hydraulic trim). Been trying to figure out a way to lube/grease up the trim "screw", but am thinking the only way is to tear it out and grease it up that way.

Question is, has anyone plugged in a zerk fitting for the trim "screw" or just take it out and grease it up that way? If so, where was/is the best place to plugin a zerk fitting for the trim? Trying to make the maintenance easier for the future.
