Zinc Chromate Questions

Ok I received my Valspar 3084 Zinc Chromate Primer.
Ok I read the can and I searched the forum and could not find the answers to these questions.

Can I use a reducer with the primer and if so what kind?
Do I need any kind of activator or hardner for the primer?

no reducer...... no activator.....

be sure to wipe down dare aluminum with a solution of vinigar and water ..... let dry and then apply zinc chromate.
