Apply an overdose of penetrating oil on bolt and anode body, let soak. if doesn't work with torch heat the bolt and unscrew it, if still doesn't work melt as suggested. Once bolt is visible apply any penetrating product on leg threads, let soak, remove. You don't want bolt breaking at any lenght point or worst inside under AV plate.
