Zodiac C240 Repair Question

Hey guys. I have an old C240. My kids used it underinflated this summer and some of the seams came loose at the floor corner and where the tube is on the transom. Can someone tell me if I have PVC or hypalon so I can get the proper glue. Suggestions also welcome. The manufacture date on the transom plate is J889 which I'm assuming is 1989.

PVC and the boat would not normally be repaired due to its age....Anything that has not failed is going to fail when you and your children least expect it to.
