Zodiac glue application instructions please

I have a small leak along the seam of my zodiac. I purchased a 24 ml tube of glue (mfd by Zodiac), but it came with no application instructions! (It is not a glue kit with accelerator, just glue).

Am I right in assuming that I need to apply 3 thin coats (10-minute dry time between coats) on both surfaces (patch and tube) before gluing patch to boat?

I am also having trouble with the humidity cooperating (it's been about 70% for days); so, I'm wondering how crucial it is to make the repair only when the humidity drops below 60%?

Also, does anyone know what the shelf life for the glue is after I open the tube (what is the shelf life for an unopened tube . . .?)

Well, first make sure you have the right glue for the right material, PVC vs. Hypalon. Follow the instructions for that glue to a T. Make sure you rough the surface first and clean with MEK. Humidity is absolutely key and the patch won't last long if you don't follow the manufacturer's instructions.
