Zone Alarm Question

I have zone alarm installed as my fire wall and I keep getting Time Executable is trying to access the internet pop up on me. Zone alarm doesn't recoginize it and sends me a warning that it is trying to access my computer. As they do not know what it is or not recoginize it and I certinally do not know what it is, I keep on denying it access. This must happen 20 times a day to me. Does anuone know what Time Executable is or can I let it have access to my computer?

is it XP? if so go into "administrative tools" "component services" and turn off (disable and stop) the "windows time" sync.<br />If not xp give more info.

Sorry rwise for the lack of info I didn't give. It's not XP but 98SE amd I am not sure what other information you may need as there is not too much more to give you. This time executable has just been happening the last week or so and I don't really know what caused it other than some kind of update?????from anti virus program??? or something else?

Double click your zone alarm icon and go to program control, Scroll down the list of programs until you find the time one and set to block at least it wont keep asking you the question.

may be time to run spybot and adaware also, if you have made no changes, block it!
