I started the motor and noticed no water being pumped out, I checked the port for debrie with a wire and it was clear. I brought it home and drop the lower unit and the impeller looks good, i replaced it anyway just to be sure. but it still isnt pumping water out of the port can anyone help?

You didn't mention the thermostat. Pull it, run it for 5 or 10 minutes without it, (provided it is blowing steam out of the exaust)and install a new one.
The reasoon for the "runnin without for a few minutes" is to flush the entire water jacket.
Also, don't trust ear muffs on Force motors. They have a wierd intake that doesn't allow a good seal. It takes a special square-type muff, and even then, it's "if-y" on a proper seal.
