Last Week I was at Shasta Lake in Northern California. Marinas at the lake were typically $4.42-----$4.95 per gallon.

We asked around and found that one marina; Holiday Harbor...was the price leader at $3.99.

I don't know if locals get any sort of discount...not as far as we could tell.

Of course if you were trailering you could buy fuel in town at $3.35 or so...but we rented a boat for a day and had to re-fuel at the marina upon iot's return.

Ouch. Beautiful lake though...especially earlier in the season when the lake is full and the trees drop right down to the water's edge.

$2.57 for 89 here in Parkersburg, WV I guess I should feel lucky, cheapest price I've seen yet.d But I still wish it was cheaper. :'(

One of my regular stations, has been at $2.39 a gallon for the last couple of days. It is the cheapest I have seen around here.

here in mid michigan we are curently paying 2.52 / gal regular....someone on another website states: if you can take a $100 bill, throw it in the toilet and flush it down the drain without being bothered - then boating is for you. afterall, boats are holes in the water that we throw our money into ( and love every minute of it )

Vernon, Ct The prices here have actually been falling over the past week was: 3.19 regular now: 2.90

In the 5 days since I last posted prices here in St. Louis, it gone from $2.74 to $2.48 per gallon today. They say just 10-15 miles south of us it's around $2.25. Now that's progress.....Hope it continues, but not holding my breath...
