Tough Love vs. Spanking

Most of America's populace think it improper to spank children,
so I have tried other methods to control my kids when they have one of "those moments."

One that I found effective is for me to just take the child
for a car ride and talk.

They usually calm down and stop misbehaving
after our car ride together.

I've included a photo below of one of my sessions
with my son, in case you would like to use the technique.

Ought to put the liberal bozos, who conceived the idea of no spanking, on the hood of that car. We did not have near the level of juvenile delinquency when teachers and parents wielded the paddle.

They teach the kids now-a-days in school that if the parent so much as touches you, it's child abuse, school officials can’t even speak strongly anymore.

When I was in high school the shop teacher had a 2' long paddle, 5" wide, with an 8" long grip 2" in diameter. The edges of the paddle were rounded (not for safty, but for a more aroedinamic shape) and the face had 1" holes drilled in it... he could launch a 180 lbs. senior up onto an 8x8'x 3 1/2' high shop table, and depending on the severity of the infraction, those holes in the paddle could rip corresponding wholes in your Levis... no one ever had to be shown twice.

Of course now there are no penalties... can’t hurt their little ID’s you see... reason not violence.... don’t want to stunt their development.

And we have drive by shootings, Gangs, kids plotting Columbines, and the list goes on, and on, and on.... and it will, until people realize children are wild animals until they are taught to be humans
