94 150 Johnson Cutting out under acceleration

I have a 94 150hp Johnson that is cutting out when I try to accelerate. It does not seem like a miss it just stumbles repeatedly while I am giving it throttle. The carbs were rebuilt last October and that didn't seem to do any good. I did notice that the plugs are very oily.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Whats your compression?

I am not sure of the compression numbers. But, the shop that rebuilt my carbs said compression was in spec. and that the ignition was good.

Maybe I should check the compression myself, I have the tool.

if the carbs are rebuild and the high speed yets are all in good shape i would check out if the timing is advancing.
also fuel presure.

and always check the compresion.
