I am anti-racist.

Me TOO RUBBER! Imus does not appear to me to be a racist, he is just an equal opportunity basher, (that is not very carefull)! Now Racism: that's what our pals Jessie n' ol' Al , (Sharpton), are RACISTS OF THE FIRST ORDER!:D

Ya, God forbid that someone ask them a real question and actually expect a real answer!

Voting for a liberal is like:

Well, taking a skeleton to a bar-B Q, There is something on the grill but there ain`t no meat!

Ha, Ha, Ha, I kill myself sometimes :) :) :)

I am just so happy for all you loud right wingers. If you scream loud enough ,you might even start believing in your own screams.
Iboats has given you this beautiful website where you can air your statements and feel like you are the righteous majority.
It is a good thing that the voting booths show a different reality.

"(fill in the blank with whatever). . . and I'm not Bush".

Excellent answer. And that's why I won't vote for you or any other hatemongering hypocrite.

As for Imus. . . and Sharpton, et al. Never listen to them and now glad I haven't. Oh, and any other pompous, self appointed spewer of "glorious enlightenment" to the evils of whomever.

Hitler proved what can be done with words to warp the minds of an entire country of basically very smart people. The media and the liberal "hate Bush" establishment are doing the same thing, except that I sometimes wonder if we are as smart as the Germans were.

JB, no way we're as smart as the germans. In another thread, someone mentioned that Toyota pulled out of kentucky because the work force was illiterate. Those were probably all of the welfare-crack addict-liberals that voted for kerry.

I thought it was all about dialoge. Fox is offering to present a dialoge. Dialoge is good. Failure to engage in dialoge, is bad.

The voting booths show a different reality because Americans are mostly idiots Rol. You known that was well as I do. ;)

If my son is making the honor roll and getting 4.0 and some other kid is getting a 2.0 and not producing any effort, is it fair to take 1.0 from my kid to bring the average up or bolster the self esteem of the doofus that can't cut the mustard?

Right wingers feel the same way about government. I shouldn't have to take care of those that won't take care of themselves. The middle class is and has been taxed beyond belief and we're tired of it. Unfortunately the majority in this country are clods that will follow whatever idiotic and hairbrained scheme the dems will propose if they tell said clod that they will put a chicken in their pot and a buck in their pocket, at least IMHO.

Bottom line, the war is the bit#* du jur. Once this is over, the dems will find something else to whine about.

Gabby ,you do have a point.
However, for some reason,at least on this website, the extreme edge of a theoretical idea is taken as the generally accepted opinion of what mainstream conservatism, liberalism or republicanism supposedly is.
We push each other into the extremist position of the idea by implying that this extremism is the hidden agenda of the opposing opinion.
Most people do not belong in the extreme corner of any ideology and implying that you or I are in that corner is not where the truth lays.
The lucky thing in this whole deal is that we mostly generalize and tomorrow work each at our own jobs and life goes on
As for Fox,their entire setup is based on feeding the extreme in order to promote their own message. That is how they sell commercials. They love finger pointing because it beats self criticism and it is more spectacular.

Lets rearrange that post a bit

Unfortunately the majority in this country are clods that will follow whatever idiotic and hairbrained scheme the Republicans will propose if they tell said clod that they will put a chicken in their pot and a buck in their pocket, at least IMHO.

There that looks more like the truth in my eyes.

Well that makes no sense because Republicans don't engage in social engineering nor do they make silly promises about taking care of everyone like the dems do. You might want to practice those debating skills Scooter. Besides, (God forgive me) Rol had a point. We DO tend to push the extremism envelope here, and you twisting my words 180 degrees lends itself to that point. Either that or you aren't capable of critical thought. I haven't decided which just yet.

Open your eyes buddy. The paragraph above explains why we went in Iraq after 9/11 and explains why Iran is on the hot seat. Maybe people hate bush because he is arrogant(flipping off the press multiple times), delusional(god told him to invade Iraq), can barely speak a sentence(enough said), put us on an endless war path(present day), alienated almost every ally we have(don't forget Poland), etc. For me, the hatred of Bush has nothing to do with the war. It's about the kind of person he is. Most think because he says "God bless America" that it automatically makes him a moral, caring, good person and a savior for the presidency. I think he anything but.

My brother is the grand poo bah of the Libertarians in his neck of the woods. He whines plenty. However, he usually still has the good sense to realize that even thogh he doesn't agree with all things Republican, when given the choice between common sense or a vote for a democrat, he'll choose common sense.

Happy Voting!
