Re: world juniors
Ok, first and foremost to our southern neighbours:
Congratulations on an unbelievably great game and the very best luck to you guys in tomorrow mornings game against the Ruskies. Kick their axx.
With respect to today's game, like many Canadians, I took most of the day off to catch it. I thought I was going to blow a gasket watching it.
Haut you are dead right on the upcoming talent. These kids will be pro in the next 2-3 years and many already are drafted ready to go pro. Patrick Kane, one of the best U.S
juniors from last years match up is on track as a contender for the rookie of the year this year in the NHL (I think)...he's flying...and there are more coming.
I love this tournament and religiously watch it every year. These players are the worlds very best NEXT players...and they are not 25-35 year old men but 17 year old kids!!!
Anyone, who is not necessarily a hockey fan, should watch these games to see this game played fast, clean and right. These kids are giving it all. Most have already been drafted...some not yet. This is their time to prove their metal.
Regardless games tomorrow are U.S/Russia at 7:00 am PST and Canada/Sweden at 11:00 PST. If you want to watch even a bit of hockey this should be it.
Good luck to the U.S tomorrow morning...and thanks for a premium game today!!!
