Just something to think about... with the money you'll save each year, you can go on a nice cruise... in your boat, or one of the bigger ones...
At a pack a day I was spending a little over $1000/yr on my habit, and that was before the last time prices rose... now it would be something like $1200-1300... that's motivation enough.
As kwikk9, get you some mints, gum or other substitutes. Even tooth picks, that you can put in your shirt pocket and grab for. I quit one time a few years back, unfortunately started back, but I didn't use any of those remedies either. Back when I was working at my last job I didn't smoke near as much as I use to, I used peppermints, and I smoked cigars only. Best of luck, if you find any other remedy that works better let me know, maybe I'll join the wrest of yawl that have successfully quit.
