I liked Captain Ron.

So funny, he kinda has that "we'll figure it out as we go" attitude that a lot of boaters have.

Going to show my age here........I remember watching an Old Man catching a fish that to this day I can only dream to do.

The movie...."The Old Man And The Sea"(1958) with Spencer Tracy.

Captain Ron was great. Too funny. On Golden Pond has sort of stuck with me through the years.

The best boating movie ever was "The Great Outdoors" with John Candy and Dan Akroyd. Remember the jet boat named "Suck my Wake"? What about the skiing scene with John Candy? What a classic!!!

Nice one Jack...I was wondering when The Great Outdoors was going to get a vote.

I like the personification of the raccoons as well.

Dan Akroyd played a perfect "rich guy from the big city who has an expensive boat and no courtesy or boating skills" role.

same here...I want to watch JB's picks, oh and it's been 6 months since I last watched Captain Ron so I'm overdue on that as well.
